AttentionTAD is a computational tool for predicting topologically associating domain (TAD) boundaries from genomic DNA sequences. It uses deep learning to score candidate regions and supports cell-type-specific models for GM12878, HCT116, HMEC, HUVEC, K562, and NHEK.
